#1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (quarix.one) or engaging QuariX for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
#2. Services Provided
QuariX provides custom software development, including but not limited to websites, iOS/Android applications, AI agents, and MCP servers. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal.
#3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for our services, all intellectual property rights for the custom deliverables transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. QuariX retains the right to use generic code, libraries, and open-source components across multiple projects. We also reserve the right to display the completed project in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
#4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and accurate information required for the successful completion of your project. Delays on the client's end may result in adjustments to the project timeline.
#5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QuariX, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
#6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
